How did the early inhabitants of the Foothills live here in the desert without modern conveniences? What kind of homes did they build, what did they eat?  Was life all work without play time? Join us to learn about survival in the desert and participate in a desert dig and maybe find some bones, pottery or shark teeth! Learn what petroglyphs are and make your own to take home!

Then from 3:00-4:00 join us in our historic church to hear about local archeology from local expert, Scott Wood.
