Become a Museum Volunteer
As a Cave Creek Museum (CCM) volunteer, you will have a unique opportunity to help the museum achieve its mission. Volunteers are needed in a wide variety of positions throughout the museum. This includes familiarizing guests with the museum, providing information about exhibits, attend public programs, participating in Kiwanis Family Fun Days, school tours, etc. No experience is required because training is provided!
Prospective volunteers must:
- Submit a completed application.
- Meet with a member of the Volunteer Committee.
- Consent to a background check and finger printing.
- Complete New Volunteer Orientation training.
Volunteers are such an integral part of the Museum’s mission, and that is why we ask you to commit to the volunteer program for 1 full year with a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
If you are a student and you want to volunteer during the school break, we ask you dedicate 1 shift per week during the summer. If you are interested in volunteering year-round, we ask that you commit to at least 2 shifts per month. Student volunteers under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent.
