“Black Mountain, a Study in Black and White” Due to popular demand, the “Black Mountain, a Study in Black and White,” led by riveting and popular museum speaker Stephanie Bradley, is filled for January 22, 2022. However, no worries. Cave Creek Museum will bring this great program back in January 2023. Speaker Stephanie Bradley, a geologist and rock enthusiast, again will lead this interesting program. A long time Cave Creek resident, Bradley seamlessly melds stories and information as visitors learn about the mighty forces that created the wonderful, rocky desert landscape. Bradley has explored nearly every inch of the desert foothills and offers the free program in the historic church behind the museum. Stay tuned for more information!

The Cave Creek Museum is excited that well-known artist, ceramicist, muralist and art educator Robin Ray will be leading this Kiwanis' sponsored art event. With her trademark good humor and sense of whimsey, Robin will teach our young artists special watercolor techniques and they'll have a work of art to take home! Weather permitting, we will be outside "painting the Desert". Limited seating--please pre-register! This Children's program is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Carefree.
