    • Select content for inclusion from archives and collection
    • Identify other content to be created such as interviews, videos or audio
    • Develop/produce content for virtual exhibit

    • Inventory existing content including photos, stories and videos
    • Help create a strategy to promote the stamp mill project (website, YouTube & Facebook)
    • Develop/produce content (including reuse of existing)
  • Identify opportunities to employ more technology in Museum exhibits, for example Q codes and audio
    • Select one new technology enhancement’
    • Implement one test case
    • Collect feedback
    • Make recommendation and present to the Board
  • Develop a plan to engage a younger demographic
    • Identify interests relative to our mission
    • What changes could be made to present collection to appeal to them
    • How to use technology
    • Identify what motivates them, ie how they can relate or help
